This website
proctfive.com is a static website. It sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the technical data of each request - such as the IP address, the time and the page requested - to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Contact form and email
When you write to us through the contact form, we process what you enter - your email address, your message and, if you give it, your name - to answer you. As the host, Cloudflare necessarily sees your IP address when you send the form. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a contract or its preparation, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering you.
Messages from the form are sent to us by email, to our inbox hosted by Google, and emails to hello@proctfive.com are forwarded to the same inbox by Cloudflare. We keep them there for as long as the conversation needs them. See Google's privacy policy.
Cloudflare and Google are companies in the United States. Where your data reaches them there, it is transferred on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which both are certified (Art. 45 GDPR).
Our channels on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
We publish videos under @proctfive. When you watch or interact with them, the platform's own privacy policy applies. The platforms show us statistics about our own videos - for example views, likes and how long they were watched - as totals, not about you as a person.
The proct5 apps
To publish our own videos and read their statistics, we use apps registered with Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram) and TikTok. They are used only by us, only for the proct5 accounts. They can upload our videos, read our own channel's videos and their statistics, and nothing else. They do not access, collect or store data about anyone else. The access they are given is kept on our own computer and can be withdrawn at any time in the platform's account settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Write to hello@proctfive.com.
